COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS By participating in the competition, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by ACCIDENT AND EMERGENCY. Eligibility to Enter The competition is open to entrants who are at least 18 years of age or older. ACCIDENT AND EMERGENCY employees and associates are NOT excluded from the competition. ( But do require early entry ). By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and are of legal age to enter a licenced establishment. Also that you are of eligible age to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.  There is a limit of one entry per person. Each event hosted within the battle of the DJ competition requires an entry free from all Participants of £10 per EVENT/NIGHT. All entry fee's from participants will be added to the final cash prize. The Prize The winner will receive a prize in CASH. This will grow every week that we run the battle. The Cash Prize with a minimum Prize of £500.  The use of specific brands as prizes by ACCIDENT AND EMERGENCY does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no other alternatives will be provided. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so. ACCIDENT AND EMERGENCY's decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it. Winner Announcement The winner will be chosen at random by the clientele within the venue during the performance and within the first 8 (eight) events will be notified on the night performed. Any event after the 8th round (eighth) will be judged by recorded mix and judged by an independent panel of judges.  The finale is held within the centre of the main venue showcasing a B2B battle night for all to see between the final 2 contestants. All successful contestants will be notified via the email address provided on for the FINAL SHOW.  ACCIDENT AND EMERGENCY will make two attempts to contact the winner via email. If the winner does not respond to the emails informing them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and ACCIDENT AND EMERGENCY reserves the right to select and notify a new winner. Delivery of the Prize The winner will allow 14 days for the prize to be delivered; otherwise, alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement. If not processed on the night of the FINAL. Data Protection and Publicity You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by ACCIDENT AND EMERGENCY for the purposes of administering the competition and for other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy. All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing bookings@accidentandemergency.uk If requested by ACCIDENT AND EMERGENCY, the winner agrees to release their first name and place of employment to other competition participants. The winner's first name and country of residence will be announced on ACCIDENT AND EMERGENCY's website and social media channels. Limitation of Liability ACCIDENT AND EMERGENCY accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize. General ACCIDENT AND EMERGENCY reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions. Equipment ACCIDENT AND EMERGENCY reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to REVOKE any ACT within the competition or amend these terms and conditions at any point. All equipment will be supplied in perfect working order. Any damages CAUSED by any member taking part is solely the responsibility of the party involved and agrees to cover any damages caused from misuse of equipment.*
